The CVA carry out regular fund raising activities primarily for local good causes, such as
Organised a community raffle for ' Christmas Panto Tickets' for a family of 4 and used the money towards childrens Christmas presents
Organised a collection at CVA annual Carol Service towards Hill Park Social Club who aranged a Christmas Day Dinner (two years running)
Made a donation to the Fareham Community First Project, to help support a Christmas event
However, on occasion we do support humanitarian crisis further a field like the Ukrainian War.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance
Every year Sue Vines, with a group of willing volunteers, organise a very successful Plant & Garden Sale for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
In 2026 Sue raised more than £3,000
Rowans Hospice Cake Sale
Fiona Walker and a band of willing helpers run a cake sale on the drive of the Post Office in aid of Rowans Hospice.

The CVA made a donation to the Bobby Scheme in aid of community safety initiative (part of the Blue Lamp Trust)
